17 R5, Event 411 AWCC Driver Problem
Hi @DELL-Cares our out of the box, new Alienware 17 R5 laptop remains dark and Dell's AWCC Driver problems continue. (Please stop sending PMs asking for system service tag, this is an internal to Dell problem with their install update applications that have code faults.)
When is Dell going to fix their AlienFX 2.0 update application so that the AWCC FX tab and the LED lights start working?
