17 R5, F4/F3/Comma/Delete keys are not working anymore

Question

I purchased this 17 R5 about a year and 1/2 ago. I just recently started running into multiple issues. A few keys on my keyboard are not working. Specifically the MUTE key (Fn + F3) / Volume Down (Fn + F4) / COMMA Key and the DELETE key.I've tried reinstalling the AWCC as well as make sure I did a clean install of the latest software. I'm running out of options so I wanted to make a post here. I've seen similar issues posted here but never a solution to it. The computer is well preserved a 9.8/10. I keep it very well kept as well as dust out of it regularly so this shouldn't be related to damage since I have it protected and covered.This computer is very important for me to get my work done, so getting this solved is a top priority.  Please Help me.

I am having the exact same problem with exact same device.Should we replace the keyboard or considering its the exact same keys, how unlikely is it to be a software problem?

The temporary fix is to purchase an external keyboard.

Please look at your invoice to see if recent purchase of new Alienware 17 R5 has an extended Dell warranty.
