17 R5, Magic The Gathering Arena, log in issue

This is my 2nd 17 R5 laptop. Both laptops are unable to play MTG (Magic The Gathering) Arena. You can't log in period. It seems like there is some type of port or something being blocked. I have issues with this since it's a brand new Windows install. Other games work fine. Anyone else have this issue?

I will advise you to contact the game manufacturer.

It works fine on other machines. Just not this model.
