17 R5, OC Controls v1.3.13.1300 fails Windows Security
Our gaming Alienware 17 R5 MLK refresh laptop has the Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 operating system. Its Windows Security has two problems with installing the Alienware OC Controls v1.3.13.1300 update application. Windows 10 is already having problems with AWCC v5.2.106.0, we do not have Home and FX tabs, and now there are extra problems with OC Controls.
This problem is not new, but it is disappointing that Dell Technical Support know about this problem and has not fixed it. We click on OC Controls install driver anyway, two times. We also postulate that the full installation may not have taken place.
