17 R5, USB disabled, keyboard not wake PC
Hi,
I am not sure if I had the problem before a bios update on my Alienware 17 R5, but after, I am having trouble with Sleep mode. If my computer goes to sleep my keyboard will not wake the computer. My USB device is not recognized after waking up. I have tried everything on the Dell website to resolve this issue, other than reinstalling the Windows system: https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sln122264/steps-for-fixing-computers-that-do-not-wake-up-or-resume-from-suspend-hibernate-mode-but-power-on?lang=en
Anyone else having this issue and found a solution? I am really hoping I don't have to reinstall Windows, it takes me about a week to reload software and drivers.

Test for Hibernation by trying a brief press of the power button when the kb doesn't wake the computer and there are no lights on the computer. If that wakes it, open Power Options, Advanced Settings, Power Plan to change the settings.
The latest bios update was Optional. Consider returning to the previous update.
