17 R5, enter system password, hangs at wait screen

Question

So I have a Alienware laptop and I put in the system password and it boots up normal but then It just goes into a please wait screen. I’ve left it in for a day and nothing and it happened out of the blue. Didn’t download anything anyone got a fix for it? Please?

Have you hard reset it yet? That should fix the issue because maybe something is stuck and needs a restart. Let me know if anything happens.

Tried that’s the onset way I can’t turn it off now, can’t even get into Windows.
