17 R5, external monitor issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Alienware 17 R5. The battery swelled up some while ago and affected the LCD screen. So both of them need replacement but since I am not in the USA or a country where I can get Dell support, I was able to fix  by removing the battery and using an external monitor for display in mean time to get my parts ordered.

What I am facing is screen display. The external monitor will not display after the computer reach the Windows log in. But if I disable the Nvidia GTX 1070 in safe mode and restart the computer, it displays. Which I enable then the Nvidia. How to fix that issue so that it works
