Why don’t you install the windows from the media creation tool?

then I’d try installing the OS on the mSATA ssd.

and I’d use the HDD as the storage.

 

Also HDDs actually preform pretty good if they’re not set as the boot drive.

i already need to do what you say , but will that make the main boot drive from the new SSD ?  because i read that if the boot drive stayed in the HDD , that will be a big problem

and another question is it ok to format the all HDD with all these recovery & EFI system & healthy partitions on it ?

Yes its ok that it has alll those partions on it as that is whats made after windows is installed.

the HDD should be used as storage for games etc...

The SSD should be the boot drive as windows does not need that much storage to be installed.
