2-finger scrolling, issues, solution

This is less of a question and more of a PSA for anyone having this issue. It is mostly localized on machines with Tobi Eye Tracking as a feature. The 2-finger scrolling on web pages, windows menus, pretty much everywhere is jumpy, laggy, and overall terrible. There is a solution. Some people have been recommending adding/ removing drivers or 3rd party software but the actual issue is a conflict of control on the precision touch mouse drivers.

Here is how to fix it

What TobiEye Tracking does is when you're trying to 2-finger scroll, it moves your cursor to where your eyes are looking on the screen making it appear jumpy. Luckily, all we have to do to remove the conflict is open Tobi and set up your eye profile by calibrating the camera. It will have you look at dots until they explode. Then click the experience tab and scroll down to the "Touch at Gaze" there you can turn off the 2-finger scroll with eye motion setting. There are tons of settings I decided to take off because it was a jerky experience. I basically only left the screen dimming / wake feature on. Below is an image of the page you'll want to adjust the settings, and after that scrolling is smooth as butter. Easy peasy! Hopefully this helps people like me that use 2-finger scrolling constantly and were incredibly annoyed at the experience on their new alienware pc.

Yea i just signed in to say THANK YOU as well. Dell ought to include some documentation saying the eye tracker should be configured.
