AW510H headset, cannot install software

I just bought a pair of AW510H Alienware 7.1 Gaming Headset. I'm trying to get the Alienware software to work. I downloaded the Alienware drivers and AWCC (Alienware Command Center) as per the instructions. When I open the AWCC, it tries to download Alienware Control Center and Alienware Sound Center from the Microsoft store. Both downloads continuously fail, I cannot download them no matter what I try. I can download other software from the Microsoft store, so I don't think that's the issue. Any help? This seems ridiculous that I can't install software to control my headset right from Dell.
