You failed to mention the specific Alienware Laptop model or operating system which will help our users in troubleshooting.

The AW568 drivers page shows AWCC 5.5.8.0 (July 13, 2022). Is that the version that you installed on the Laptop?

Did you also install on the Laptop the AW568 Alienware Gaming Peripheral Driver 1.1.30.0 (February 22, 2022)?

First of all, thank you so much for your reply Chris!

I am using a custom built PC running Windows 10. Can you please advise if any specific information you would also need?

Yes, I installed all the lastest drivers provided on Dell's website for the AW568 keyboard: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/alienware-advanced-gaming-keyboard-aw568/drivers

In addition, may I kindly suggest that this seems to be a software issue of the AWCC? This reddit user made a post 2 years ago had the same issue based on the screenshot they provided. https://www.reddit.com/r/Alienware/comments/h8ohya/how_do_i_set_up_the_x_macro_on_my_aw568_keyboard/

Last, when I press the group macro, it does indeed cycle through different group profiles, so it is not a hardware issue. I know this because I can use the macros I set for profile 1, but I am unable to use the macros when I press the group macro key to cycle to profile 2 and 3.

Trust the above clarifies and hope to hear your reply soon!
