Alienware 15 R3 RAM Upgrade

Question

I am looking to upgrade my system's RAM.  I currently have 8GB DDR4 at 2400MHz (1x8GB).  I would like to upgrade the performance of my laptop with 16GB, but I am a complete novice.  What are some compatible options for the Alienware 15 R3, and is there anything I need to do when replacing the RAM?  Any help would be extremely appreciated.

The Physical Maximum your System is Built to handle is 32Gb of DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM at 2400Mhz. Make sure to do a BIOS Update to Prevent any Your B.I.O.S is too old to support this amount types of errors.
