Alienware 15 R4 without Tobii and Windows Hello
Hi everyone,
I just purchased an Alienware 15 R4 from the Black Friday in July deals that was advertised to have Tobii Eye Tracking and Windows Hello. But the Alienware laptop I got does not include either of those two things. I just want to know if anyone ordered the same Alienware laptop from the July's deals have them or was it false advertised? Have a great day!

None of the newest Alienware machines carries this technology. It was an honest mistake on our site. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have brought you. The website has already been adjusted reflecting the correct information.

Just one more question. Is the Alienware 15 that currently on sale for the Cyber week the same as the one from the Black Friday in July? I'm confused on the tech specification of it because it's saying that there is some sort of presence detection software and the Windows Hello technology. I've included a PNG of the page for reference. Thank you for helping me.

I believe if you can buy the ir replacement camera from sites like parts-people for 15r3 you can install it on 15r4 because there is a tobii camera bracket on motherboard on 15r4 motherboard just aside lcd and logo led cable. I am going to try it.
