The CPU and GPU are both soldered to the system board and therefore not upgradeable (short of replacing the entire system board). The GTX980m was an option at purchase, so there are some boards out there with it - but you're likely looking at upward of $700 or more for one.

Max RAM is 16 G according to both AW and Crucial.

The drives should be no problem.
