Alienware supports overclocking only when you order the system overclocked from factory.

That could be why you do not see the OC control in the ACC.

Thank you for the response. That must be it then. I'll reach out to them and see if there is anything that can be done at this point. I also purchased the extended warranty so who knows. Roger
