[Alienware 18] GPU acceleration not working, After Effect didn't reconize CUDA
Hello !
I formated my Alienware 18 recently (1 month) and deleted accidentaly all the partitions so i can't do a respawn.
i'm a graphist, i bought this laptop to work with, but i can't do a 3d rendering whithout GPU acceleration.
In After Effet it says that i don't have Cuda installed, i installed Visual Studio 2015 professional, Cuda 8, then Cuda 10 but nothing happens and still can't activate the GPU acceleration, also, i think that my games are not running in their full performances (like Assassin's Creed Odyssey who turns around 20 - 27fps in high graphics (so 18fps on Very high and 10fps on Ultra) it's just a detail as i said the problem who urges is my GPU acceleration).
Can i please get some help ? thanks in advance !

Okay so i sent a PM with my product TAG to "Alienware-Eimy", i received an answer from DELL-Cares (boot ?) saying "Thank you for the information. Our records indicate that the system warranty has expired. One of our community members will be able to assist you shortly."
i asked the same mod Alienware-Eimy if i can get an ISO to respawn my drivers, there's my PM
"Hello, i sent you a PM but you didn't reply. i got a reply from a boot "Dell-cares" saying that my warranty expired. Okay but can i at least get a favor ? can you send me an ISO to respawn my original drivers please ? i really need it, my business is stoped and i have no idea what to do. (i downloaded drivers from the official Dell website for Alienware 18, windows 8.1 but it doesn't fixes my issues)"
I received the SAME PM from DELL-Cares saying "Our records indicate that the system .... blabla"
So this is what DELL is ? Zero professionalism.. this Alienware is my last Dell product. Shame on you guys.
