Aurora R5, FX lights not on

Hello, I've had my Aurora R5 Since 2017 and I've been having an issue with it. Two out of the three lights are not turning on. The Lights would turn on if I restarted my system now they will not respond to The tests or changes in The AW control center. The two lights in question are the Alien Head on the top and the right panel that is behind the MOBO. The Alien head will turn on when I press it but then shut off as soon as I let go and the PC starts booting. Please help.
