m15 R4, battery issue when gaming
Hey guys, I just received the brand M15R4, however I think there is a power issue when I play games. When I played division 2 in ultra setting and using nvidia control panel to set the application to high performance nvidia processor, at the first 1 hour the games ran smoothly, while after that I noticed the alienhead on the top- right corner of keyboard started to flash orange and tron-blue, then my game just totally freeze and dead. I checked the battery , it said it need 30 min to fully charge, what surprised me is that I did plug in my cable during gaming, how there is still a decrease in battery during gaming even when I plug in?
Please help!

- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU
- 32GB Memory
- 1TB SSD
- 144 hz with G-sync and Advanced Optimus panel

When playing power hungry games, Battery discharge is the expected hybrid power design behaviour on the m15 R4. When Battery capacity is less than 20%, hybrid power function is disabled, the system will throttle during heavy loading and may cause performance issues.
