I have a factory imaged 2018 17 R5 (i9 1080) and the FN + F4 key on the AW768 doesn't seem to do anything, is that because I have Alienware command centre instead of Alienware control centre?
Also the FN + F3 function also seems broke on this particular config.
edit: One of the default themes is one where the lights turn on when you press each individual key and then fade off, could I set this as my default theme?

Hi @Gr3chie,
These are the specifications of those 2 combinations:
Profiles stored on-board > Press FN + F3 once to cycle > Allows you to store three sets of profiles or lighting configurations.
Launch the Alienware Control Center > Press FN + F4 > Launches the Alienware Control Center and opens the Theme Manager tab.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes, you need to have the Control Center installed. Check this article on how to install it.
Also, make sure you have the OSD driver installed.

How can I change the three themes?
