If there's an option to disable certain video outputs, it would be in the BIOS, but I doubt that exists. If you don't find anything there, then have you installed a BIOS update recently? I've seen reports relating to other systems about BIOS updates that caused certain video output ports not to function anymore, such as an XPS 15 model (can't remember which) where a BIOS update killed the built-in HDMI output. Unfortunately in that case, rolling back to the previous release didn't resolve the issue. People posted about having to get motherboard replacements for that.
