The 15 R4 warranty to September 27, 2020 is basic and will cover online diagnostics for manufacturing hardware defects and the respective repairs at our USA advanced resolution center. Since you are located overseas, international support is not covered unless you upgrade your warranty and have it transferred to your location in order for us to provide you with service over there.
