Alienware x15

Question

Hello, since I got my laptop I’ve always had a problem with the laptop turning on and randomly shutting off. I’ve tried updating all drivers and they are all up to date. For a while it hasn’t happened and as of today it turned on and signed in and it shut off and I can’t get it to turn back on. I’ve tried plugging it in (battery is fully charged) different outlets not plugged in, holding power button for 30 seconds, tapping the key board. I don’t know what to do next.

Laptop turning on and off sounds like Sleep and/or Hibernation issue.

Please check your invoice to see if the Alienware x15 R1 or the Alienware x15 R2 has a Dell warranty. When saying laptop now fails to turn on, how far in the boot process does it get? Does POST (Power On Self Test) give any diagnostic lights? Does Alienware splash screen with F2 and F12 options appear? When windows operating system tries to run or signing into windows are there any blue screen faults being reported?

It does not boot up anymore, no lights no screen the fans to don’t turn on, Notbing comes on
