@chucho23 lo siento, he intentado de todo, lo ha intentado Dell en remoto y acabaron diciendo que es la placa madre, lo intentó otro usuario sin conseguirlo, el final tuve que reinstalar windows y todo se puso a funcionar de nuevo. No es la placa madre, es el software de Dell que es el más inestable que haya visto en mi vida, y todo para controlar las luces del teclado...
It was the Alienware Control Center update, not the Windows update.
Anyway, as I said, tech support couldn't do anything, even the low level utilities could not write correctly the firmware and they concluded it was a broken motherboard. Since I was pretty sure it wasn't, I kept the PC and at the first chance I reinstalled windows. Working perfectly since then, always sweating hard at every AWCC update now.
Rollback the windows update and see if that fixes it. Then I would try signing up for windows insider which works for my area51m and I'm on the latest version if windows.
