Hello @Rantam are you trying to update through Support Assist? If you are then update through the Dell Support site instead. Enter your service tag and go to Drivers and Downloads. Find and install the BIOS update.
I have the same problem problem on A51M I have turned off Memory integrity which stopped the password error arising as Dell advised. However Supportassist still fails, Alienware update fails and using the dell support site also fails with no additional information. I downloaded the exe file form Dell. If I run it I get the message "file not found." OS Win 11 Pro 22H2.
Next I created a recovery USB stick from Windows , and copied the BIOS update file to it in its own folder. I booted from this and started the command prompt. This gives me an Incompatible Operating System message. I am guessing the BIOS update program is not currently compatible with Windows 11 pro 22H2.

Hi @Rantam welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Before updating your System BIOS, be sure to temporarily suspend the Device Encryption or BitLocker.
