@Jimlovesaliens  my guess is that you might not see GPU upgrades offered as standalone purchases until the next generation of GPUs hits the market.  It's possible Dell didn't anticipate people buying a lower-end GPU of a given generation and then wanting to upgrade within that same generation, and unless you can find someone to buy your existing GPU for a decent price, you'll probably end up spending a LOT more than you would have if you'd ordered the 2070 or 2080 in the first place, in which case you might want to consider waiting for the next gen GPUs anyway so you'd at least get more bang for your buck.  But if you're adamant about getting an upgrade now, I'd contact a sales rep, or perhaps contact Dell Spare Parts, the latter of which might be able to sell you the GPU even if it isn't offered as a formal "upgrade accessory" yet.
