Area-51m R1, how to recover BIOS?

Question

So a few weeks ago I tried to flash an older version of the BIOS from working BIOS version 1.14.0 (June 8, 2021) to version 1.0.1 (January 7, 2019), (not compatible with the CPU). The only responce I get on boot is a light code on my power button that goes red twice and blue once. I have tried several things like resetting the CMOS battery, resetting BIOS by holding down the power button for 30 seconds and so on, but I never thought about ordering something off of the internet or putting my laptop into a repair shop or something like that. If there is any solution for my problem by only using tools that I have easy access to like a USB drive or anything else let me know. For any further informations that you are in need of to help me out just ask me. Btw.: This is my first thread so don't bullie me.

Support for Alienware Area-51m, System diagnostic light pattern red twice and blue once = 2,1 = CPU failure. Probably not true, and the unfortunate result of having installed a BIOS that was not compatible with the CPU.

To recover BIOS try. Restart, press and hold the ctrl + esc key combination on the keyboard until the BIOS Recovery page appears. How to Recover the BIOS on a Dell Computer or Tablet | Dell US

But this might not work, because it might try and install the BIOS that is not compatible with the CPU. Try How to flash the BIOS on a Dell Desktop or Notebook with a USB thumb drive | Dell US
