Area-51m R1, keyboard crashes

Question

Area-51m R1 laptop, before you attempt to talk to me like I'm computer inept know I have all the updated drivers I have completely wiped my computer clean already, I've contacted Dell on numerous occasions and yet the keyboard still continues to crash on this $2,000 laptop let my $200 laptop I bought from HP to use while I attempt repairs has NO Issues. I'm out if ideas except to literally throw this over priced piece of junk in the trash. Issue was reported on multiple occasions, finally had time about 2 weeks after warranty expired to talk to Dell again and they said since it was hardware related they wouldn't let me extend the warranty for repairs, but it hasn't worked right the entire time I've had it. Also for those with this issue it seems to be related to a USB controller, but the camera and microphone will also trigger the issues. Seriously will never buy another Dell product after this and being I own a small IT company, that is more than just me. Anyone else found a fix?
