Area-51m R1, lags due 3DMark

The laptop passes all tests (3DMark various modes, Furmark, Aida64, etc.), there are no visible problems in games either.

But with the 3DMark test, the CPU frequency very often go too low, and I see lags during the test. The test ends, the result seems to be good, but the picture clearly indicates a problem.

Any manipulations with the processor do not give any sense, I tried to put the frequencies lower, undervolting and without, there is no difference.

Attached a screenshot with the indicators.

Hi @ma3atr0n  this Area-51m could be a low specification, and unable to give a good 3D Mark performance.

Hint: Use shift + windows +s key combination to create a good image of the screen's content.

This is 9700K + RTX 2070, i have another 51m with same specification, and 3dmark work smooth.

Hi @ma3atr0n  does the F12 ePSA Diagnostics test reveal a GPU hardware fault?

No, there are no errors.
I tried to change the SSD and RAM, it didn't help.

Hi @ma3atr0n  you have now checked hardware and file systems. There must be a hardware or application settings difference between these two Area-51M laptops. Unfortunately, this requires a manual check and could be a long activity. You might get lucky with an internet search and find an article on how to improve Area-51m 3D Mark performance, which will reveal the optimum settings to narrow your manual check.
