Area-51m R1, suspect behavior of RTX 2080

Hi

I have had the Alienware Area-51m R1 (RTX 2080, VBIOS 90.04.3F.00.63, Driver 2022-11-13, 8192 MB, 64 GB RAM, Intel Core i9 3.60GHz, 2TB SSD) for almost 3 years.

For the fun I run a few benchmark yesterday (3D Mark, Heaven Benchmark, Geekbench, FurMark) and I see something strange. The temperature of the GPU (monitored with Hwin) nevers goes over 55 degrees celsius. And I get very small scores on these benchmarks. 

Anyone has an idea why? Is it normal?
