Area-51m R1, wont turn on

Question

Hi guys, so i just received my area 51m this wednesday (9700K / 2080). The first two days i didnt have a single issue. Thursday i was playing shadows of war and when i quit the game my screen turned black with no backlight (fans and keyboard kept working). Then when i started the laptop this morning and played some games it happened again:( i restarted and this issue seems to happen every 10-15 minutes after boot. I read online that someone tried to reinstall windows and it worked. i tried turning on the laptop so i can attempt this. But now it just wont turn on at all... Very disappointed in this 3,3k laptop that completely stops working after 3 days...

My Alienware Area 51m is facing same issue...It shut down out of nowhere and now not responding and is just dead. Not reacting to power button. Its just not alive. Please Help.

I'm having the same issue, laptop powered off while in the bios with both power adapters plugged in was running on battery alittle bit before when I first got it, does not power on anymore, power adapters are green when plugged in I did send you a PM

I have this exact issue it was working fine but just today it started shutting down on ame and i thought it was battery issue but i plugged both chargers and it still was doing the same thing

My Alienware is Top of the line and cost me $5.5k

At first glance it may seem like a faulty GPU but a newer laptop like Area-51m seems very absurd.
