If you're using a cellular network, mobile hotspot, or satellite network: Make sure your network meets Netflix's suggested speeds. If your connection is slower than you expect, contact your internet provider for help.

Hi @DirtDiver1984 !

I hope I can help with the issue occurring today.

"it does not play 4K videos on Netflix or other streaming services. Screen goes blank."]

This signifies that it is maybe an issue with the Netflix app itself and/or a GPU driver issue.

Uninstall and reinstall the app via App and Features on the search bar in the task bar and then after uninstalling, reinstall via the Microsoft Store.

For the GPU issue I'd recommend installing this and the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app to do a clean install of the GPU driver:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650/1660Ti and RTX 2060/2070 Max-Q/2080 Max-Q Graphics Driver | Driver Details | Dell US

Hope I could help.

Hi @DirtDiver1984 .

Have you tried running these commands to see if anything is corrupted inside windows?

sfc /scannow

chkdsk /r

chkdsk /f
