Hi @area51mr2 welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
The Dell AWCC application is a persistent source of irritation for Customers. When AWCC is running and laptop is online, its supposed to automatically install and integrate the additional components. The AWCC Fusion tab requires the Alienware OC Controls Application.
Support for Alienware Area-51m R2 Drivers & Downloads allows users to manually download and install the Alienware OC Controls Application update (install any prerequisites). Hopefully the AWCC Fusion tab will then give CPU/GPU/RAM data.
Having updated the Windows 10 x64 operating system, try installing the Visual C++ Runtime solution. Solved: m15 R3, AWCC, stuck on loading - Dell Community My Windows 10 Pro x64 update to version 21H1, and its unexpected AWCC loading problem, was fixed by installing Visual C++ Runtime updates.

I found a solution. Uninstalled Avast Free Antivirus and the app started working just fine.

Hi crimsom,
Thank you for your input. Unfortunately, that didn't work.
Also, the dell support connected to my PC and was unable to fix it.
