Area-51m R2, Windows 11, high memory usage

Question

Hi, I've had my Area-51m R2 for a year now and never had a problem until I updated to Windows 11. The ram is normally around 30% but for some reason the ram randomly spikes to 70%. I'm a heavy gamer so I tend to play a lot of games and have multiple windows and tabs open. But lately it seems to have a difficult time opening up any games (long loading) or programs just cutting of between loading. Even now, when I close everything my ram will still run at 70% and the only way I can fix it is to restart my PC. Is this an issue or a memory leak of some sort and is there a way to fix it?
