Yours should of come with a 330W and 180W adapter. This is why the system is expecting you to have 510W plugged in. If you get yourself a 330W then you'll be covered.
This would have come with two adapters when new. Based on the config that you listed off it probably came with a 240w and a 180w adapter, so your missing the 180w. The higher end configs came with a 330w and 180w. I would probably pick up a 330w adapter and call it done.

We can see in the online Area-51m R2 Setup and Specifications PDF that two AC power adapters are shipped when purchasing directly from Dell.
