Area-51m R2, ram clock specifications?

Question

So I am about to replace my problem riddled m17 R3 with the above named Area-51m R2. But I need to know about the ram memory clock. Is a true 3200MHz accepted? Or is it that 2933MHz with XMP are being overclocked to 3200MHz and the only way to reach those frequencies is to go with a Dell XMP/factory overclocked ram choice? If not, to make sure I have seen on Dell the ram is either takes or starts with (this is why I am confused) is listed at 2933MHz, but right below it offers 3200MHz XMP (only Dell exclusively). Thanks for any help I might receive in advance!

They improved it as the stock ram runs at 2933Mhz and it can overclock or if you bought ram at 3200mhz it’ll work.
