Area-51m R2 spec availability

Hello,

I'm looking to order an Area-51m R2. I believe the highest-end components offered for this model include the i9 10900K processor and the 2080 Super GPU, but I don't see these even listed as upgrade options on the website presently. I also note that the 300Hz FHD display is marked as "temporarily sold out" and the models containing it are not currently available for purchase. I'd like to know if and (approximately) when these components will become available again for purchase, or if I should start looking at third-party/secondhand sources to find a machine? Alternatively, are there plans to release a new revision of the Area-51m / desktop replacement that would make the lack of availability of the highest-end components moot?

I do know that the newer 17x has current-generation hardware, but my understanding is that the performance in real-life applications (versus benchmarking) falls behind that of the Area-51m due to voltage limitations. As my situation requires as much computing power as possible in a laptop form factor, the Area-51m is better suited to my needs.
