Area 51m problems

Question

CPU: I9 9900K GPU:RTX 2080 for a price of £3200 I must say I expected more from this machine. my CPU never goes above 4.7ghz ever if I try to on command centre boom 100 degrees but no higher than 4.7. now the real problems start, so I start to take back cover of to try replace the thermal paste on CPU GPU, first thing I notice I have 1 different size screw in the back which doesn't work in the same manner as the rest. If you unscrew it, it stays in the same place creating a bulge instead of screwing outwards, the slot for it to fall back on doesn't work rest are fine. side vents are loosing the black colour after 1 week again its only been 1 week not something I expected from this price range. trim on the screen is pretty loose. I take the rib cage out etc so I can see the CPU and GPU cooler and everything is fine again, I take of the cooler again for the price the thermal pads look like they are 10p to buy barely sticking, I have paste going everywere on the GPU all over the side in between all the points outside it. CPU had paste all over the socket retention side so I go to take CPU out and 2 bent pins under it was pretty annoyed at this point just not happy with the build quality of what I paid for. Cleaned up the thermal paste on both applied a dot sized to both and start to reassemble. The temps so far have not been any better but we are in some muggy weather at the moment in UK but I will order some other paste.   I just wanted to share with you the faults I have found with my machine because I think for this price tag all of us should of had a device with some care and attention not bent pins, unsticky pads etc.   not sure what to do with the bent pins and I am sure they will blame me and I have no proof it wasn't. please let me know what you think.

That one screw is a jack screw to assist in the removal of the cover. It creates a gap between the chassis and cover so that you can get your opening tool in there to pop the clips.

I have the same problem with my Alienware Area51m. Stuck at 4,7 GHz and during gaming boom 100 degrees.

Did you find out why?
Are the thermal paste good or bad from factory? Do you recommend to repaste?

I did also have a problem that my laptop could not find Graphic Card! But I did solve it with some drivers on the PCi.e ports? I not sure how it is written, but something like that.
