The following beep code chart should help. Try reseating the RAM and reboot the system. Just wondering did you try to update the BIOS before the problem occurred? In that same vein did you make any changes or updates before the problem occurred? You could also try unplugging the CMOS battery and leave it unplugged for at least 15 minutes then plug it back in and try to reboot.
