I am having the same issue.

Id = {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}; ClientMachine = XXXXX; User = NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM; ClientProcessId = 27144; Component = Unknown; Operation = Start IWbemServices::ExecQuery - root\cimv2 : SELECT CommandLine FROM Win32_Process WHERE ProcessId = 54796; ResultCode = 0x80041032; PossibleCause = Throttling Idle Tasks, refer to CIMOM regkey: ArbTaskMaxIdle

Process ID (PID) 27144 is listed as AWCCService.

Did you find any fix/solution to this issue?  I usually cannot restart this service as it uses up so many resources, so I am stuck doing a hard reboot.   I would prefer not to have to uninstall this.

I have a G3 15 3500 lap top with a keyboard controlled by AWCC. AWCC service starts running on boot up and if I have Firefox also open at the same time, CPU usage peaks to 100% periodically. Every 5 -10 minutes causing videos I am watching (Netflix or YouTube) to stop and start. WMI Host Process is the one shown as using all the CPU in Task Manager. When I stop AWCC Service manually, videos play fine. I did not have this problem before November. AWCC must have upgraded something.

I went  to the Graphics settings control panel and turned on "Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling". I no longer see CPU usage spikes reaching up to 100% caused by WMI Provider Host while watching videos. This may not be related to the original issue in this thread though.
