Dell support is not working...

Question

I wanted again... to try to fix the audio malfunctioning in the AWCC... Sometimes when turn my AW 17 R5 the sound works fine with the audio profiles/equalizer.  Then after a few minutes its not working again... before i uninstall it, i just checked for any updates in the dell site drives download section... BUT the site dont detect my Alienware... so i put my service tag there, not working!  Then i checked my support assist and... its last version, its updated. Pls... i need to fix something and then i discovered another thing thats not working too? C'mon Dell!

Thanx so much! If i may ask... theres a specific time for me to check for the support again? like tomorrow or it will be available in the next few hours (2h-4h)?

Not sure when it will be back up and running again.
