Did your order get messed up

Question

so i have had the worst time with dell. i want to know if it was me or anyone else had this happen. i ordered an alienware m15 came to 2500 and i added an elite backpack to the order because it was on sale adding it to an order. that order got canceled my random the next day dell said i had to call in to complete the order so i did. i said copy the other order the same way. they forgot the backpack and missed things in the computer. so i had to cancel that and then i end up doing the order on my own and then the backpack wasnt on sale anymore and no one will honor the price for me. now finally i am on my 4th computer and it is getting delivered today 8/2/19 i started this over a month ago. just want to know if this happens all the time, and if customer service doesn't care about making a customer happy i mean it was a 40 dollar discount im spending 2 grand you would think they would do that for me but no. ok rant over hopefully dell sees this and lets me by my backpack

While personally I cant comment.. I picked up my Alienware's through BestBuy.. already per-configured, it does happen. I am very surprised they wouldn't accommodate you however.. I have had issues in the past with their sales associates recommending a backpack for my Alienware that did NOT fit it as they described.. and ended up getting a more expensive bag without being charged extra due to their mistake.. I would have asked to speak to a manager.

ya i was looking at bestbuy but it was cheaper on dell. and a manager was the reason all this happened saying he had to be the one to set the order yet everyone 'manager' i talk to say they cant offer a discount to match the cost of it from when i ordered it. i would have to return it and re buy the computer which i think is crazy.
