Hi @davidleem welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support. 

These Alienware laptops should give good service and it is disappointing to wait for delivery, and they arrive with faults. In the first 30 days, there is option to Reject and get a new replacement system or a full refund. It is usually wise to get a full refund so that the Dell warranty starts again. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community There is also Dell policy that if same fault cannot be fixed on three separate occasions, Dell automatically provides a new system. IMHO keep sending different systems with faults should now invoke this Dell policy. 

Please visit your online Dell account and create Service Request for Dell to process Formal Complaint, to be escalated to senior Dell tier that can authorise a full refund and compensation. You may have to wait a few weeks for senior Dell tier to review why Quality Assurance has been very poor.
