GPU driver Problem of Alienware 15 R2
every game just crashes in fullscreen mode after a update of Windows 10. Even I have tried to uninstall all of my GPU driver( Intel HD 530+NVIDIA GTX980M) and reinstall the GPU drivers (https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/129085)) of Dell or the newest driver from Nvidia , I get the same Problem.
When I start a game in fullsceen mode, i can hear some sounds of the game and then game crashes. I have checked the prozess of the game, it says the game is using GPU0 (Intel HD graphic 530) and suddently this infomation is vanished and the game crashed.
And when I have tried to deactiv the Intel HD 530, games run normally but the desktop settings (solution) is going down.
Is there some solution about this problem?
Thanks very much!

Hi @hururi,
Make sure the BIOS is up to date: Version: 4.5.19.1 ,A00 is the last version in our website for the AW15R2 Windows 10.
Also make sure video drivers are up to date.
Finally, if these are games that you're playing in a browser, enter the browser setting and enable the 3D Hardware Acceleration.

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date and then I’d recommend using the Nvidia control panel to set PhysX and all other settings to High performance Nvidia GPU
