How can I restore my m15 in a different language?

I ordered an Alienware m15 but when I received it, I realized I had accidentally ordered it with a Japanese OS instead of English. Yes, I can set Windows to English, but a lot of stuff deep in the OS stays in Japanese (i.e services). I thought I would be clever and use the Dell OS Recovery tool while it's set to English, this would create an English language recovery drive, right? Nope! I can use the advanced option to restore Windows from scratch, this lets me install Windows in English, but it gets installed with pretty much none of the Alienware software, I'd really like to restore it with all the stock stuff. I used the 'OOBE' Windows thing to restore my copy of Windows 10, but although this converted some of the system-level stuff into English, I'm STILL getting random Japanese messages popping up.So how can I fix this? Since I originally had the option of an English or Japanese copy of Windows 10 Home when I ordered it, there must be some way of restoring it with an English Windows install. Dell Japan's support says I need to send the laptop back to them for this to happen, which is complete nonsense, since there's nothing wrong with the hardware. Can the parts people send me a USB stick with an English Windows recovery on it or something?

You can download the English version of Windows 10 directly from Microsoft here, and that includes a tool to create a bootable flash drive.  That's just the baseline Windows 10 installation, so it won't have the Alienware/Dell stuff pre-installed, but that's not difficult to add back, and some people prefer a cleaner install anyway.

Yes, I know I can do that, as I said in my original post, I'm WANT to restore the Dell/Alienware stuff.

Then you might need to find someone who bought an m15 with an English version of Windows and get them to give you their Service Tag so you can download the recovery media for their system.
