restart my alienware 17 r5 to factory and now I do not see alienware sound center and I need a solution

Hi @frankmndz,
You need to install the latest AW Command Center version from our website. Then go to Windows Store, search for Alienware Sound and install it, that should enable the mixer (the new sound center for new systems).
