How to refit/reinstall keyboard LED backlight cable in an Alienware M17x R3 laptop?

I recently added some more RAM to my Alienware M17x R3 but accidentally pulled out the keyboard LED backlight flat cable! I had an awful lot of trouble trying to refit it. I don't have great close-up vision (62 years old) and there is not much room to get my fingertips and the flat cable into the space for it to be plugged back in. :Hmm:

So, can anyone PLEASE tell me how I might be able to do this relatively easily?? :Huh?:
