I need help
I bought Alienware (M15 R4) from you guys at September 4th 2021, it cost me 2715$ and I bought here from the original website, i just want to make sure I didn’t got scammed, first -
I wanna know if a charge like that on my bank account is legit:
“ DMI*DELL CORP BU ROUND ROCK TX “
Second, i wanna know if (800) 456-3355 is a real Dell number?
why am I asking all this questions? Because I bought this laptop here on this site with some help on the chat support from a guy that name Rahul Y, now at first he charged me at the same day of purchase (September 4th) and today (September 9th) i see the same charge again. But now the first charge disappeared. And the guy on the phone told me i need to wait till my item will shipped and that will be the final charge. Im confused, i hope its not a fraud.. please someone help me I can’t sleep.

Hi, I’m having the same issues with a “Dell DMI” charge. From everything I’ve seen, it’s absolutely a scam/fraudulent charge. There’s no record of it in my invoices or in my purchase history.
freeze your account and dispute it with your bank!!!!
