Keyboard Issue

When playing games using WASD as movement and 1234 for abilities. Whenever I press and hold S and D to move backwards and trying to press 2 at the same time, key 2 or 3 doesn't register. This is a problem since this game requires me to move while using abilities. I know some keyboards have key limitations due to poor manufactured keyboards but the laptop I'm using is an Alienware m17 retail price of $1,899 which should at least come with a decent keyboard right. Can anyone help?
