It was fixed. Had to disable Driver Enforcement. I was going to reinstall windows but it wouldnt work without the hard drive. I took out the hard drive so that id still keep my files but the windows USB wouldnt work without it(windows is in the SSD) . Luckily I was able to disable Secure Boot and managed to enter zome commands in cmd.
FIX: You need to disable driver signature enforcement (Tip: it's a pain im only researching how to permanently set it right now because i cant touch secure boot)
This is because when you go to your Device Manager when you havent done the temporary fix, the Keyboard and Trackpads give a (Code: 52) on the drivers.
