M11x R2, keyboard is not working
My Alienware laptop "p" "a" and "l" keys wouldn't work and now my whole entire keyboard won't work.

Hi. I had this problem after replacing the thermal compound of my m11x R2. I made a very terrible mistake when I switched the bolts to screw and used a bigger one that damaged the keyboard. Oh well.
If you are still running through this problem, you may disconnect the keyboard and reconnect again. In case it is still not working, then I think you would have to replace it.
